Policies, Terms & Legal Compliance

Perfecting Educational Output (PEO) adheres to rigorous ethical benchmarks, the TCF framework, and the POPI Act.

Treating Customers Fairly Policy

Revised & Updated: 23/10/2026

Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) is a concept first introduced in the Financial Services arena and now adopted by forward-thinking organizations across various industries. It represents the ethical standard and code of conduct that Perfecting Educational Output (PEO) wholeheartedly subscribes to.

It focuses on ensuring fairness, clarity, transparency, and due regard for consumers using PEO educational and career services, as well as those procuring products or services from our associates, partners, and merchants.

Even though PEO has carefully vetted and selected its service partners, it does not stand guarantee for any services or products offered by external providers on our platform. We encourage customers to select services and products at their sole discretion, while expecting all associates to treat our customers with uncompromising fairness. We encourage customers to raise any dissatisfaction directly with service providers, and should they not find resolution, the matter may be brought to PEO to facilitate resolution. Customers retain the full right to raise dissatisfaction with authorized statutory bodies at any point.

PEO incorporates TCF into the way the organization conducts business every single day and in the manner that we engage with our clients. We do not outsource this responsibility to third parties. We maintain an internal governance process to ensure adherence to our commitments.

Our Five TCF Pillars

Our approach to TCF is adopted across all organizational units and reflected in our structural processes:

  • Leadership: The PEO leadership provides direction and actively monitors the delivery of TCF behaviours and measurable outcomes.
  • Strategy: The TCF pillars are not merely stated vision and values, but are embedded into our strategic and annual operational plans.
  • Decision-making: Decision-making protocols ensure all decisions that impact customers are subject to the challenge implicit in our TCF philosophy.
  • Governance and controls: Governance structures and control mechanisms are engineered to cater for TCF commitments and proactive identification of consumer risks.
  • Performance management: Staff and educational representatives are trained to deliver appropriate TCF outcomes, forming part of key performance areas (KPAs).

Treating Customers Fairly Fairness Outcomes

PEO has formally incorporated two fundamental fairness outcomes into everyday operations:

Outcome 1: Client Confidence & Culture of Fairness

"Clients are confident that they are dealing with an organization where the fair treatment of customers is central to the company offerings."

  • Management actively involves diverse internal committees to ensure a practical TCF approach in daily operations.
  • We frequently revisit the ethical considerations that inform our curriculum and service delivery.
  • We maintain unified team training regarding dignified client engagement.
  • We perform thorough due diligence on all external entities before contractual engagement.
  • TCF is a standing agenda item in executive and board committees.
  • TCF responsibilities are distributed across management and staff to sustain organizational vigilance.

Outcome 2: Quality Assurance & Product Alignment

"Products and services marketed within the PEO structure, especially those offered by our Gold, Platinum, and Premium Partners, are expected to satisfy our commitment to TCF."

  • We evaluate the precise profile and developmental needs of the end learner when promoting educational programs.
  • TCF standards govern our selection of partners permitted to distribute services through PEO.
  • We continuously evaluate how our programs impact learner and parent experiences.
  • Should misrepresentation occur, an immediate review is initiated, and non-compliant partnerships are terminated.
  • We maintain open channels of accessibility to both customers and service partners to ensure all curriculum information remains completely transparent and accurate.
Important Notice: It is not the core offering of PEO to provide financial or professional advice on services outside the PEO platform. Customers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence. PEO continuously updates its TCF framework to uphold maximum customer-centred service.
